Darcy guided us through the process and did not pressure us at all but at the same time thoroughly researched the market for us and took us around to many places in Maple ridge and Mission until we found a suitable place we felt comfortable with. Indeed the quick sell of our house helped with reducing some of the stress for both Liana and I. We thank you and Darcy (and the rest of your team) for accomplishing the quick turnaround. We've had several questions about our property and we have also made several recommendations to neighbours who if they are looking for realtors they should use your team.

I basically said you and Darcy we're extremely professional and fun to work with. Both listened to our needs and goals of the real estate transaction. Also added that you have a great support team with Steve, Ashley and Bridgette to help us along. From the analysis of the property to the package put together to help us make an informed decision to the communication with us while we were on vacation. Good stuff all around. Our team sold our home for more than we imagined.

It was handled professionally and we were pleased with all phases of the transaction.

It became a little nerve racking at the end but it all got sorted out and it was never felt that our team created the problem.
